Hi, I'm Katie!
My Journey to Health, Wellness and Recovery
All my life I was healthy and well, until my early 30’s when after having my first baby, I got a stomach bug that I just couldn’t shake. After a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease, I began the long journey to understand the intricacies of the human body and how to achieve deep, vibrant health and wellness.
Learning how our bodies work, function and heal has showed me that food, stress management, removing toxins, getting better sleep and addressing the environmental factors and EMF’s all around us play a significant role in the health and performance of our bodies.
Now in my practice, I focus on 3 pillars of deep health: Nutrition & Sleep; Stress and Environment; and Movement.
